General Questions
1. What are Olijah vases made from?
Our vases are 3D printed using PLA+ filament, a food-grade, eco-friendly material made from renewable plant-based sources like sugarcane and sugar beet pulp.
2. How durable are the vases?
Our PLA+ filament has been tested for durometer hardness and tensile strength by Intertek, proving that it is 10x stronger than regular PLA.
Design & Customization
3. Can I customize my vase?
We don’t currently offer custom vases, but we do have our Vase Board available which is customisable.
4. What colours are available?
At launch, you can choose from five different colours.
White, Black Satin, Olive, Beige and Chocolate.
5. Are different sizes available?
Right now, our vases come in set sizes, but we may offer different size options in the future.
6. Can these vases hold water?
Yes! Every vase is watertight and tested before shipping, making them perfect for both fresh and dried flowers.
Care & Maintenance
7. How do I clean my vase?
Hand wash your vase using cold or room-temperature soapy water. Do not use hot water, as temperatures above 60°C can affect the vase’s structure and water tightness.
8. Are the vases dishwasher safe?
No, they are not dishwasher safe. High temperatures can alter the structure of the material.
Ordering & Shipping
9. Are the vases pre-made or printed to order?
We aim to keep vases in stock, but depending on demand, we may print to order. We strive to have your order ready to ship by the next day.
10. Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we only ship within Australia.

11. How much do the vases cost?
Each vase is priced at $18.
12. Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes! We offer bulk discounts for corporate companies and businesses. Get in touch with us to discuss pricing.

13. Are the vases environmentally friendly?
Yes! Our vases are made from plant-based, renewable, and eco-friendly PLA+ plastic.
14. Are the vases fragile?
No, our vases are highly durable and do not break easily.
15. Can these vases be used outdoors?
No, our vases are designed for indoor use. Prolonged exposure to UV light may damage the material and affect its water tightness.
